PL28 8RU

From the M5 at Exeter take the A30 to Okehampton and Launceston. Take the A30 to Bodmin. When you pass Jamaica Inn, get ready to turn off. Take the A389, then follow signs for Wadebridge. When you get to the A39 roundabout take the second exit over the new bridge. You will see Wadebridge on your left as you cross the bridge. Keep going, passing the Cornwall County Showground on your left. Look out for, and take, the right turn to Padstow on the A389.

Travel through St Issey and Little Petherick to a 'T' junction; turn right to Padstow.

As you approach Padstow turn left on the B3276 to Newquay. Passing the petrol station on your left, follow the road round a sharp left bend and you will see Treator in front of you. Woodlands Country House is on the right just as the road bends left and the cottage is just beyond, again on the right hand side.

February 11th For 15 weeks!

To avoid traffic build-up on the A39 there will be road works at the Tregonning Garage junction
into Wadebridge. As the highways department have – at last – succumbed to pleas to build
a round-about at this junction, there is going to be quite a lot of delays in the day time from
February 11th 2008. So – do NOT turn off the A30 to Bodmin:

May we, therefore,   advise you carry on the A30, on the new bit of dual-carriageway to the
Roche/Victoria turn off. Take the old A30 to Victoria. After Victoria, you will see the turning
on your right to Padstow – this is a narrow and twiddley B3274 (not a good road if you are
a virgin Cornwall-driver!). Alternatively, stay on (a new bit of) the old A30 and you will
eventually come to a large roundabout: Take 4th exit, A39 to Wadebridge. At the next
roundabout, take first exit left to Padstow the B3274.

From here, refer to the direction on the brochure or the Location page on our website;
www.woodlands-padstow.co.uk or phone us on 01841 532 426

We suggest this is the best route until the end of April, first week in May 2008”.
